We aim to collect, clean and deliver your personal linen/laundry within 48 hours. If you are using our supplied linen the turnaround depends on the service interval you have booked i.e. weekly, fortnightly or monthly which saves you costs of pickup and delivery. 

A temperature around 70 degrees (which disinfects) is used for all towels such as tea towels, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and cleaning cloths.  Items such as bath mats, polyester tablecloths and napkins are washed at a temperature around 30 degrees.

Yes, we do. Please place all stained clothing in a separate bag with a note indicated the contents may need pretreating and we’ll do our best to get it out. While we’re usually successful at removing stains, we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to get it out. If you can pretreat the stain before putting the item in the bag, it will increase the odds of success.

We wash, dry, and fold your linen such as tea towels, bath towels & mats, face washers, hand towels, cleaning cloths, tablecloths, napkins, aprons, sheets, pillowcases, doonas, doona covers and blankets.  

We do not offer dry cleaning service.  Please only include items that can be laundered.  All items that we received will be laundered in washers and dryers.

Prior to pick up and delivery, you’ll receive text message updates to let you know we’re on our way. If you won’t be available, you can either elect to leave you laundry in a safe place, or reschedule. We will never leave your belongings unattended without your permission.

Yes you can – just give any extra items you have to our delivery expert. Extra items will be input into our system upon arrival at our laundry facility.

We launder to the Australian/New Zealand Standard AS/NZS 4146:2000 designed to ensure safe infection control and disinfection of soiled linen in laundries across Australia.
